Corporate Treasury is our passion.

We have spent the last 20+ years working on transformational projects, across EMEA and APAC, initially working directly for multinationals treasury teams. After this a continuation in Banking to manage regional Advisory Team meant to support, lead and educate big multinational clients to form their treasury organisations at best. This is complemented with corporate banking experience, understanding of the banking products, balance sheet and client needs.

We have a deep understanding of corporate treasury needs, of how banks engage with CFO/Treasurers and of how banks conduct business, define price and make profits.

We have managed more than 100 projects for multinational  companies spanning all treasury departments and in every possible market condition in the last two decades, including big shifts in yield curve, elevated FX volatility, inflationary pressure, supply chain stress, financial crisis, banking crisis and more.

Every project we take on is embraced wholeheartedly, and with total dedication. Whether we’re working on a major transformation or a smaller project, such as creating the basis for the first steps into treasury organization, our approach doesn’t change.

To ensure customer satisfaction for the implementation, we believe in transferring the knowledge, and offer workshops and tuition sessions as part of the service. This will equip the existing teams with all the required expertise to run newly implemented process. Since we are kept abreast of latest innovations trends and customer needs, our coaching sessions cover not just the  basic but the more structured treasury solutions and latest innovative approaches, too.
